Emergency
The Madison Animal Hospital provides limited emergency service for our current patients only. Since our opening in Feb. 2006, our doctors have been available over 85% of the time. However, there are times when it is necessary to refer to the emergency hospitals in Lewiston and Brewer. If you have an emergency please call our office number, 696-5200, and you will receive appropriate instructions. Do not call the pager without first calling the office to determine if the doctor is available. If your pet is not a current patient, please contact the Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic in Brewer at 989-6267 or the Animal Emergency Clinic of mid Maine in Lewiston at 777-1110.
IMPORTANT:
*In order to be considered a patient, your pet needs to be current on his/her annual examination and vaccinations. We do not provide emergency services for patients of other hospitals.*
